About Adam!

From 2001 I have been a member of my local amateur dramatics group and up until last year I took part in most of the shows that the group had put on. I decided to give up acting at the group there to then take up the responsibility of running the organisation of the costume department along with various hat boxes and suitcases full of costume the group had accumulated over the years.

And so now with the help of a few other lovely ladies in the group we are now looking at a more organised costume department in the group!

Throughout the years and after school life I studied 3 years of acting at college where I realised that costume was my home. I then studied for two years at West Kent College, Tonbridge studying Fashion and Clothing and got accepted into Rose Bruford College.

As of June 2014, I completed a Ba(Hons) Costume Production Degree course at Rose Bruford College, Sidcup, Kent and on top of sorting out the costumes at Pavilion Players I am now a freelance costumier working mostly in theatre but also taking on individual commissions.

If you have any questions for me then please don’t hesitate to get in touch. All individual requests will always be considered professionally so if you’ve ever wanted a dress or a pair of trousers that will fit you perfectly then don’t be scared to ask!
